Drive Powered by N2 Plus2.7.0 - App Store

DRIVE 1 PLUS is an innovative automotive mobile application enhancing communications between a franchised automotive dealership and their clients.
The mobile application focuses on all aspects of the automotive dealership, including sales, finance, insurance, service, parts, and body shop operations.
DRIVE 1 PLUS app technology transmits daily, weekly, or monthly notifications to the dealers' clients alerting them about manufacturers specials, sales specials, maintenance reminders, warranty expiration, survey reminders, and recall information.

All communications and transactions between the dealer and their clients through the DRIVE 1 PLUS application has complete reporting capabilities. The reporting functionality allows the dealers to view every client that has acknowledged alerts, specials, and calls made directly through the app technology daily. This vital up-to-the-minute data reporting allows dealership representatives who are responsible for monitoring these interactions to respond accordingly with thank you messages or address concerns that the client may be having with the dealership.
In addition to the complete transparency between the dealer operators and their valued VIP clients, which costs millions of dollars to retain, DRIVE 1 PLUS will serve as a complete process-oriented program that will result in increased overall dealership operational performance, significantly increased revenues, but most importantly, retain the VIP clients that are so vital to the success of an automotive dealership.
DRIVE 1 PLUS extracts all data information during the initial setup of the dealerships. Transactional data, which is vital to the daily success of dealership operations, will be displayed and measured constantly for maximum profitability. Most importantly, the data will create consistent processes throughout the dealership and constant transparency for the valued customer to ensure the highest level of customer service in the industry.
